Thalassa

Thalassa is the only tall ship during the Tall Ships Races that has Harlingen as its home port. She was built in 1980. After she sank in 1985, she was completely rebuilt and relaunched in 1995. This barquentine is an imposing tallship. The three-master is one of the most beautiful and fastest sea sailing ships in the Dutch fleet. She is rigged according to old tradition, but equipped according to the most modern safety requirements. It brings adventurous sailing and comfortable enjoyment in perfect harmony.
