This is quirky alt-pop with lyrics in Frisian, straight from the heart. Mayte sings about themes such as lost loves, dreams of the future and growing up. She captures universal themes in intimate, dreamy indie rock with electronic elements and rousing beats. Watch, listen and shiver. Mayte immediately draws you into her explosive, theatrical performance.

Mayte’s performance is made possible in part by Friesland Pop.
