Of course we sincerely hope that the article you purchase through our webshop is to your liking. In case you do not, you are entitled to return it to us, or in case of defective items, a replacement of the item or a refund of the purchase price. Please fill in the form below.

Return and defective item costs

Costs for returns are at your expense, unless it is found that the item has arrived defective. In this case, please take a photo of the defective product and send it with the form. We will then send you the same article again at our expense or refund the purchase price.

Refund

Once we have received your return and determined that it is still in good condition, we will refund your payment. This may take some time, should a reasonable period of time elapse, please contact us at info@harlingensail.com.

Discounted items

Only items that are not discounted are eligible for returns.
