Jens Krogh was built in Frederikshavn in 1899 and served as a fishing vessel for the Danish fleet for many years. After a long time as a fishing vessel, the ship was converted and restored into a traditional sailing ship for educational and cultural purposes. The ship has been competing in the Tall Ships Races since 1976.
